Program terms

Developer guidelines, licensing, and buyer rights

Developers keep ownership of the Excel programs they upload and set how each one is offered. Listings must describe what the program actually does, and developers are responsible for ensuring their work does not infringe third-party rights or contain harmful code. Buyers receive a license to use a purchased program under the terms the developer has published on its listing. Licenses are not transferable unless the listing states otherwise, and buyers should review the stated scope before purchase. Excelit operates the marketplace, handles listing review and payment flow, and applies these rules consistently to developers and buyers alike.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. ExcelPaid may update these guidelines from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
